As I packed my husband his bone broth this morning, I thought about how far we had come. About 3 weeks ago, I finished Traci’s 21 day detox. I hadn’t meant to do it, but a friend was doing it and so we did it together. My main purpose was to try to deal with my reflux and cholesterol problems and if I lost some weight in the process, that would be great too. While doing the detox, I was able to identify problem foods and find better replacements for a lot of the things I love.
