Spiralized Baked Apple Crumble
red apples (mix of sweet & tart)
use a spiralizer on the 2nd largest setting
For the crumble:
gluten free rolled oats
cold & cut in 1/2 inch pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with coconut oil spray.
Place spiralized apples in baking dish and top with cinnamon, coconut sugar, orange juice and zest, mix to combine.
Combine almond meal, rolled oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in food processor. Pulse until combined & mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples.
Bake for 40 minutes.
