Spiralized Baked Apple Crumble
  • 9medium red apples (mix of sweet & tart)use a spiralizer on the 2nd largest setting
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2orange (juiced)
  • 1orange zest
  • For the crumble:
  • 1cup almond meal
  • 1cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8tsp nutmeg
  • 8TBSP grass-fed buttercold & cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with coconut oil spray.
  3. Place spiralized apples in baking dish and top with cinnamon, coconut sugar, orange juice and zest, mix to combine.
  4. Combine almond meal, rolled oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in food processor. Pulse until combined & mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
