Spicy Steak Fajitas
seeded and chopped
freshly ground pepper
Whisk together oregano, chili powder, cumin, garlic, jalapeno, oil and vinegar. Pour into large ziploc bag and add steak. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
Remove from refrigerator and set out at room temp for 30 minutes.
Take steak out of marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill on high, 3-5 minutes per side. Let set to cool for 8 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Serve over a salad of romaine, peppers and onions. Top with fresh guacamole, salsa and Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
