- 1 Tablespoon organic raw honey
- 1 (heaping) teaspoon ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 (heaping) teaspoon turmeric fresh or dried
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 stick cinnamon

- Heat almond milk in saucepan on medium low heat.
- Combine almond milk, coconut oil, honey, ginger, turmeric and sea salt in blender and blend on high for 25 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
