Ginger-Turmeric Latte

What to do those mornings over the holidays when you wake up and remember that you took it a little too far the night before? Usher in the Ginger-Turmeric Latte…a delicious and effective hangover helper! Enjoy it as a nutritious and satisfying alternative to coffee any day of the year.

GINGER-TURMERIC LATTE
Servings
Ingredients
  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon organic raw honey
  • 1 (heaping) teaspoon ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 (heaping) teaspoon turmeric fresh or dried
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 stick cinnamon

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon organic raw honey
  • 1 (heaping) teaspoon ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 (heaping) teaspoon turmeric fresh or dried
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 stick cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Heat almond milk in saucepan on medium low heat.
  2. Combine almond milk, coconut oil, honey, ginger, turmeric and sea salt in blender and blend on high for 25 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
  3. Enjoy!
