Chicken Bone Broth

Those of you that know me know just how much I love my bone broth and how heavily I rely upon it to keep my family healthy. It is a healing elixir! There are just so many wonderful benefits to consuming a daily mugful! Here are just a few:

  • Heal and seal a leaky gut
  • Support joint and muscle pain
  • Fight colds and infection
  • Provides electrolytes
  • Helps digestion
  • Smooths skin and cellulite

My recipe is just a place for you to start. Make a pot of your own and spice it up just the way you like it, add in fresh veggies, puree it, add quinoa…make your own signature blend and share with your family and friends. Enjoy!
